Your safety comes first. If at any time during the fixing of your bike we find a repair that we feel you need for safety reasons, we’ll tell you. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, we’ll ask you to sign a waiver.
All estimates are free but we must see your bike in person before providing an estimate.
Due to the space constraints of our store, we ask that you pick up your bike within three days after you are told that it’s ready. We will charge you a $15 storage fee per day after that.
You can return accessories and parts (for store credit only) within 15 days of purchase as long as they have all attachments and original packaging.
Please provide your receipt. New bikes are returnable only via our consignment program.
Pre-order deposits are non-refundable; final price is subject to change due to potential price increases by the manufacturer and to shipping cost fluctuation.
E-BIKE repair POLICY
We will do mechanical repairs on all types of e-bikes. We will not do electrical repairs or troubleshooting due to industry inconsistency in battery quality.
If you would like us to do mechanical repairs on your e-bike, please remove the battery from your bike upon drop-off.
